Skin PH
The normal ph of skin is 4.7 which is acidic. If the ph of aproduct is too high or low, it can irritate your skin or the skin barrier can be compromised leading to infections. So the ph of a product should be close to your skin's ph between 4.6 to 5.5. Tap water have higher ph, thus too harsh for your skin. Hydrosols have the perfect ph between 4.5 to 5.5. So your best bet is applying our face packs mixed with pure hydrosols.
